At Healthletic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the gear is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
